I am a native of Utah and have lived within the Wasatch Front my entire life. I have a beautiful wife and 3 gorgeous kids from their mid 20's all the way to preschool. I am very well informed and keep up on all the news and information that affect the area whether it is financial, social, political or otherwise. By the way the ABR designation means "Accredited Buyer Representation" I have taken courses that elevates my experience and nowledge representing buyers, thus It has enabled me to have an extreme advantage negotiating the best possible transaction for every buyer who takes advantage of my expertise and experience (8 years +) therefore providing savings and winning accepted contracts for those clients I represented while competing against multiple offers! I have some very honest and savy ways of getting your offer noticed and accepted with minimal or no counter offers and possibly with EQUITY!

On the Sellers side the ABR designation allows me to advertise your listing directly to other ABR's across the United States which means a Huge amount of exposure, more so than most other agents can offer!
